Case Study 2 – Horwich

Location – Horwich, Bolton

Property Type – Three bedroom house

Brief – A domestic three bedroom clearance with conservatory, garage and shed to be cleared within the given time frame to make the potential sale of the property as stress free as possible. The clearance included all the interior rooms and exterior buildings including the attic/loft space. Making sure we clear the space in the quickest and most environmentally and ethically appropriate method.

Considerations – Clearances change from week to week depending on the requirements of the customer. The main goal for this job was to be finished within the time frame given and have every room cleared of furniture and any mess whether from ourselves or previous owners. This was a standard domestic clearance, which makes up the majority of our jobs. No special considerations for this job were necessary making it a standard two day domestic clearance.

Result – With a team of three, we were able to complete the job to high standards within our time frame of two days. All waste being disposed of in our usual environmentally friendly, way leaving the property ready for potential new owners to move in. As always with these types of clearance and as with all clearances the aim is give peace of mind, to take on the stress to make the transition process as quick and as easy for the customer as possible.
