Location – Waddington, Clitheroe

Property Type – Three Bedroom Bungalow

Brief – A domestic property clearance, to clear all rooms of items for disposal or re sale in a timely manner.
The clearance was just inside as the customer had already cleared the garage.
All items when taken for disposal are done so in an environmentally friendly method.

Consideration – We always approach the client on a one to one base upon arrival. We then proceed with tackling the job with consideration and requirements of the customer. Time is key so we will always aim for the quickest and most efficient method to the days and work within our team to make the process as easy and stress free for the homeowners.

Result – We tackled this specific job with a two man team. We were able to get the job complete in time by tackling the job room by room. These task included, safely wrapping and boxing of small items, safely carrying bigger items for removal through the property. You can see from the attached images the start and end result of the clearance. There was no waste with this clearance but as always All waste is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way, leaving the property empty. We aim to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible, allowing enough time to get the job complete safely and efficiently.
