Property Type – Four Bedroom Terraced

Brief – A domestic clearance to clear all rooms of furnishings and items for disposal or re-sale.
The allocated time of two days was cut down to one day and a half due to our three man team that tackled the clearance.
The house consisted of four bedrooms, 1 bathroom, two ensuite, landing, kitchen, and two spacious downstairs rooms as well as a garage. All items taken for disposal are done so in an environmentally friendly method.

Consideration – We will always approach the client on a one to one bases upon arrival, we then proceed with the clearance taking into consideration and requirements of the customer. We aim to complete our clearances within two working day so time is key, we will always work to the quickest and most efficient method for our three man team to make the process as easy and stress free for the family.

Result – We completed this job as a three man team, we were able to get the job completed in time. As always we work in a way that speeds up the process and we will split up accordingly to tackle the job. This clearance tasks included the wrapping and transport of valuable delicate items, dismantling of larger items for disposal. We always aim to leave the properties clean and hoovered where possible and make the whole process as smooth as possible for the client
