Brief – A Domestic property clearance, to clear all rooms of items to make the potential sale of the house as seamless as possible. The clearance included all the rooms inside of the home and any exterior buildings for example the garage. Clearing the house in the fastest and most environmentally and ethically appropriate method.

Considerations – Each clearance changes on a case to case basis depending on the requirements of the customer. The main consideration for this job was the time constraints in order to make the transition process as easy as possible for the homeowners. This is a standard domestic house clearance, which makes up the majority of our jobs, so in terms of special considerations for this job there was nothing that would make the job particularly challenging or unique.

Result – With a small team (2 members) we were able to get the job completed in two days. All waste was disposed of in an environmentally friendly way, leaving the property in ideal condition to be put on sale (as you can see from the images attached). The main aim with these types of clearances and indeed with most clearances that we do is to give peace of mind, and to make a transition process as quick and easy for the customer as possible. In this case we succeeded in this aim allowing the property to be sold in a timely fashion as required by the customer.
